So now two weekends have passed that we have not been able to use the camper and now we don't when we will be able to use (most campgrounds require reservations). I got tired of waiting and called back, I was able to speak to the ** this time and she relayed that the part was on its way and that I would receive on the 6th or 7th of July. on Monday JI called Open Roads to complain that we hadn't received the missing piece, after talking to Service Manager, he replied he couldn't get an ETA from the manufacturer, I asked to speak to the General Manager, was placed on hold for 25 minutes, at which point I hung up and called back and asked to speak to the General Manager (******) again was put on hold again for another 15 minutes, hung and re-dialed and asked that the ** call me back ASAP, at 2:47 p.m. Both the salesperson ( ******* and the service person assured us that we would receive the part within 3 to 4 days. When we arrived we were told there was a significant part missing from the unit, but it had been ordered and we should have in 3 to 4 days, my wife and I both had reservations about taking possession of the unit and wanted to cancel the deal.
